This store provides digital, in-game items and features for our Minecraft server. All purchases are voluntary and support the continued development and maintenance of the server.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Purchases & Delivery

  • All items purchased are digital goods and will be delivered in-game.
  • Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
  • If you do not receive your purchase, contact support before taking further action.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances, including:

  • Changing your mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Server updates, resets, or changes
  • Bans, mutes, or punishments

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server.
  • We reserve the right to revoke all purchased items and perks.
  • Additional action may be taken to recover lost funds.

5. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your Minecraft account and any purchases made on it.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised accounts.

6. Server Rules & Punishments

  • Purchasing items does not exempt you from server rules.
  • If you are banned or punished, you will not receive compensation or refunds.
  • Staff decisions are final.

7. Changes to Store Items

  • We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove any items, perks, or packages at any time.
  • This includes cosmetic changes, functionality adjustments, or complete removal.
  • No compensation will be provided for such changes.

8. Fair Use

  • Any attempt to exploit, duplicate, or abuse store items or systems may result in punishment, including bans.
  • Abuse of payment systems or fraudulent activity will lead to permanent removal from the server.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Server downtime or technical issues
  • Loss of in-game progress or items
  • Damages resulting from use of our services
